Social media pop store cosmetics. Offering a product of color changing lip color similar to an expensive well known brand. Ordered 3 at $48 and another color for $12 for a total of $58. This was July 24, 2026. I had multiple emails because delivery was so slow and they always promised it was on the way. The tracking in with Metro 17 has a package supposedly sitting in Atlanta GA since August 5, 2026 and 3 emails later to the company asking them to investigate the delay and receiving an AI generated response. No follow up has ever been initiated by the company to rectify the problem and I still do not have what I ordered.
