On September 8 I called the Homestead Folk Toys toll free number listed on their catalog I found online. Person answering the call said I needed to set up an account to order. She took all my checking info and put me on hold for processing. She told me to ignore what I heard in the background and what I heard was talking about a 99 dollar withdrawal and when she came back on I questioned and she insisted that was nothing to do with me and hung up. I tried calling back realized it was a scam and I called my bank and reported it but there was nothing they could do until a withdrawal was made, the withdrawal came through on September 23 and I had to get a whole new checking account and feeling pretty stupid.
