On 12/27/2025, I ordered a Snow Joe ION Pro 18" cordless, rechargeable snow blower. On 1/1/2026, I got an email that the product was dispatched. Each time the company told me the package was delivered to my house, it wasn't. I emailed them back and they said that they sent out another package. They sent out 5 packages, as they said they were coming from China. I received NONE. I asked for a refund and they told me sorry, we sent out another package. Till today, I haven't received anything. I'm frustrated. This is ridiculous. How can I get my refund? I went on the website and now the store doesn't exist anymore!
