Type of a scam Online Purchase
I received confirmation of my order on Nov 15th.
On 11/20 I received an email that my order was in production.
On 12/13 I emailed the company from their contact page on their website and included my order number. And requested status on my order.
12/14 I received an email stating according to their records, my order was delivered to Dort Worth on 12/12. They also included a link to UniUni. This link is in French. When I replied to their email. My response could not be delivered. I returned to the website homepage and attempted to contact them through their contact page. Now, the order number no longer is “found” and I cannot send them correspondence that way. I have attempted to contact the phone number on their website. I received a recording that states no representatives are available and to contact them through their website.
