The website says you can get your house cleaned for $19. Well, our house is big so I chose the 4 hour clean and bought the voucher for $42.21. I had to commit to a contract for a monthly charge or have to pay the full cleaner’s fee. I paid $42.21 on Jan 8, 25 but the transaction was called H&R Block. I started to worry because the website didn’t say whether I would have to pay the cleaner separately, like Homeaglow is like an employment agency. I cancelled the appointment, the voucher, and the recurring appointments on the website. Never got a refund but today I got a text saying I haven’t used the voucher yet. I tried to sign in to my account but couldn’t. The ONLY way to contact them is from their website, but the message never sent. There’s no phone number or email. I found the corporate number but had to leave a message. I’m going to have to report fraud to my bank, get my card blocked, be patient two weeks for a new card, then change the payment number on all my automatic payments. Somebody Please shut these crooks down! The hassle is going to be much more than the $42 can cover!

I responded to a discount offer for cleaning with Homeaglow via an Instagram ad. I went on their site, I put my info in, and then once I realized I couldn't see the actual cost of the service, I did not follow through with my order. However, within a few minutes, I got a call from a cleaner asking for information about what day they could come by, etc. I said I never even placed the order, can you please confirm it is canceled? He says I have to call the company.

I go back to their site, and I proceed with canceling the appointment. And then, I try to find a way to deactivate my account entirely because I can tell this is sketchy. The deactivation option is nowhere to be found on the website. So, I send an email to their customer service team. I go through about three different emails back and forth of them saying it's canceled and offering me a code, and I keep reiterating I already canceled, I want to deactivate my account and have all of my contact and billing info removed.

Then they say that they have REFUNDED ME around $20. At this point, I am certain it's a scam because why have I even been charged for an order I never completed and canceled immediately? And now I'm angry, and I'm demanding that they deactivate my account, or I will take legal action. They sent me an email saying I would not receive any payments, I have no appointments, I have no membership, and my account is deactivated. The next day, I received THREE phone calls back-to-back and a voicemail from one of their reps asking if I wanted to use a discount code. Then, that rep sends me a text message repeating the same information. I told them I had no interest in their service and I wanted my contact and billing information REMOVED. I sent another email to the customer service team asking them why I received multiple points of contact when my account was deleted and asked them to delete all my information immediately.

This company is, without a doubt, a scam, and they are using predatory and obfuscating tactics to lock people into memberships and even just flat-out stealing money for unfulfilled and unrequested services.

This is a cleaning company that will send to your house shady people.

I got a cleaner that was trying carry my son. I’ve never seen this woman and she was asking me all details about my family and my son.

Then she kept making fun of me because I didn’t let her hold my newborn. This company decided to charge my account almost $200 because I decided not to hire anyone else from them. They made this unauthorized debit from my account.
