Received a letter from Home Warranty / Vicky Mercer stating that my Home Warranty had lapsed. The letter had no company address or email. Letter said to contact Vicky Mercer at 1-888-404-4504. When contacting this number and asking where the business was located the man became very aggressive stating I was making a crank call. SCAM!!!!
