We are seniors in Maine & we own our home. We received a letter in the mail which (when you read the fine print) is from Home Warranty USA. It states Final Notice - Response Required, saying our home warranty policy will expire. Luckily, we're smart enough to know it's not legit - for us. We don't have a mortgage so we don't need a home warranty. I am VERY CONCERNED that this is targeting elderly people who do not know to just throw this away. I'm CONCERNED that older people will think it references home insurance & will sign up for something they do not need. They list a Customer ID # and an expiration date. I will attach this letter. I called the # & the woman said, "if people had any intelligence they would have a home warranty policy." So, this is definitely something that should be looked into.
