This was an obvious scam. If you look up the number given it will say scam. I goofed thinking it was a warranty bill from the legit company we had. I gave them my bank account information before realizing. The guy on the phone was very nice. When I hesitated because of the price he lowered it. Then later on he said my bank information wasn’t going through. I did have a credit card they could used instead? I ended the call and went straight to my bank. Now I have to deal with switching everything over to a new account. BIG DUH!

I keep receiving mail and phone calls from scammer.Representing themselves as my mortgage company wanting me to get a home warranty with them.

Received a letter with a attachment that look like a S199 check. Small print not a check and not affiliated with the home mortgage bank. Final notice, Call Immediately in bold caps. Does not identify the issue, who they are or what they are selling.- which to me is a fraud. I did not call. Getting quite a few of similar letters for new mortgage, this one with fake check took to next level. I had asked lender and they said they did not give any info, not affiliated and probably got from gov records/property.

Reads Home Warranty expiring and call the 888-404-4504 by 10/29/2024.

Failure to call and prevent a potential lapse in coverage....

Received from Home Warranty Division. City, State not divulged. Letter signed by George Walker, program director. Also affiliated with Superior Home Protection. Again, address or state not provided. On the bottom of the letter it states "not affiliated with mortgage company" I will keep this letter for one week should you want a copy.

They lied the home warranty within the call.
