I called after receiving the letter referring to a lender bank I used 6 years ago but changed 5 years ago.

The letter stated that my home warranty was expiring. I requested the policy or warranty number for reference but the person with limited language said that they don’t have it anymore. I found that hard to believe and continued my request. He hung up. On the letter it states FL License #G184809.

They did show a customer number and expiration date.

I received a letter indicating that my " home warranty" at my address may have expired while leveraging an old bank I did business with in my past.
