Received post card in US mail entitled County Deed Records and identifying our property. Mailer claims our warranty needs to be replaced- we have no such home warranty. Contact with company can only be made via phone at 888-413-5452. There is no other specific info that IDs the sender or company. Client registration is required and a pre assigned reg # and pin are provided. The pin is suspiciously close to the recipient’s birthday and month. Card is printed with First Class Mail US Postage Paid Dallas, TX Permit No. 2650

postcard received in the mail, titled "Home Warranty Division', made to look like an official notice similar to our home property assessment notice. type of location; dwelling, they say its a warranty replacement notice. Registration ID: H081CZ21708 with a PIN 0423. REGISTRATION IS REQUIARED FOR CONTINUED PROTECTION, the other side says 'County Deed Records' at the top. there is a bunch of other text but I think you get the idea. I'm thinking they want to sell you some home repair service.
