This company sells safes online, but I purchased a trailer from their website that cost $1789 and they charged my credit card and never delivered it. I got the email stating they would tell me when they were gonna deliver it but they literally will not write me back by email or call me back and their website has been taken down. I reported it to my credit card company and it is still in dispute.

On August 4th this year 2026 I found their advertisement online and placed an order for an 8x10 Suncast BMS 8100 Tremont storage shed. They gave me an order number of ******. My email and told me that when the item was ready to ship they would send me an email with my tracking number. Never happened. I emailed them over five times asking them about a tracking number, then finally started asking them for a refund. I heard nothing not one thing.
