Approached in person for roof repair. Shown pics of a dead possum in the roof, with holes etc...Are they my pics? Am not able to climb a ladder. Agreed to repair roof @$21,0000.00 Nov 12. Received a contract. Dumpster on new driveway. Informed decking is rotting. Shown boards that were cut. Agreed on $3,500.00 . Did not receive a contract. Informed masonry/ foundation faulty. Agreed @ $15,000.00 excavation with new window wells/ covers Nov. 15 . Received a contract. Work completed, to my dissatisfaction, NO grass seed, -WITH OUT window wells. Supervisor, John informs me that Pat, lead hand, had erred on prices. I owe $9,000.00 . I disagreed, based on the contract. Under duress, coercion and threats, I paid the price. Pat needed to withdraw $6.000.00, for his error, or so I am told. I have called John @ 416-564-5932 and Pat
