Matt & Pierce Tuft at the Calgary home show Matt is working for his brother who is Maxwell Tuft is V.P. Operations & the owner. It is Maxwell that collected the payment via E-transfer for Deposit for the windows. Windows, which they’ve failed to produce & never provided. I paid the deposit the beginning of August. There was always saying I’ll get back to you and then they don’t. I’ll check with our supplier, weeks later no news. I started to get suspicious in September when they would not give me an ETA for the windows. I contacted them every couple of weeks to get an update. Never got an update he would say he’s away and not available to take calls. Now it’s November and I still do not have any windows. No emails back from them. I asked for a refund which I have not received.
