In December 2024 scheduled an appointment to get an estimate on having my Chimney rebuilt and the "company" sent a man who inspected it and said the total cost would be $6400. I paid a downpayment of $3199 and didn't hear from them for 6 weeks. Because it was just before the holidays and there have been problems with the supply chain and I was out of the country for two weeks in January I figured everything was ok I would follow up with them when I returned stateside. However, 4 calls went unreturned until I mentioned in a voice mail that I was going to request a refund at which point someone called to say that there had been problems getting my specific equipment and they would be in touch when the supplies came in. Three weeks later when I still hadn't heard a word from anyone I called again and asked to speak with a manager. No one was available. I called again a few days later and said I wanted a refund and the next day someone called and said the supplies had come in and they could be at my house at 8am the following day. At that point I realized something was wrong and said I wanted to speak with the manager. After a long delay I was connected to a woman named "Lydia" who said that I couldn't get a refund because they had ordered equipment that was specifically for my size chimney. When I asked how much they had spent on it she said she'd check and get back to me. Not only hasn't she gotten back to me or returned the messages I've left but now no one answers the phone when I call.
