On August 4, my garage door would not close. I called a number I got off of the internet. A person (supposedly) named Samuel came over driving a privately owned vehicle, I asked him about that and he said it's his bosses truck. He told me I needed new Springs on the door. The charge would be $2,600. We got it down to $2,000 , I needed to go out so I approved it because I never had this done before. I've got a so called receipt with a final price of $2,149.00, They charged me, $375 for labor, Springs (2), $857 each. I decided to check this out on the net, Labor $150 - $350, SPRINGS, less than $100. I called the number on the receipt (800) 659-3037 and got Danny's Garage Door Repair which had no Samuel, I've got his number (727-610-4387), left a message. I'm a SENIOR Citizen with a fixed income. * ** *** **** ** *** *** **** *** *** ********** ******** *** *** *** Thank You
