I want to clarify that all of this is documented with recordings and emails as well as text messages
My Brokerage and my Real estate developer client hired him and his company on a 37 million dollar condo project in Muskoka Lakes.
Frank had excellent references from owners and managers of car dealerships where he supposedly developed a Auto Metaverse for them of course none of this is true they were fake references and just employees of the car dealership.
Frank Nava represented himself as a software architect and metaverse developer, pretends he went to University for Comp Sci at York U
None of which are true after some investing.
He showed a portfolio of work which included references that were high profile clients like Snoop Dog, which after much research he has never worked for. He showed many real estate and web3 projects as references. Please don't be fooled his just a good sales man with great content.
He also created a Instagram for both companies that looked authentic and reputable with many comments, likes n interactions.
He was hired in February 2022, he was paid $6500 dollars to start, and a second milestone of $10,000 in April 2022. when asked by my team members to review the second milestone he showed some video content, we requested to review the files and he became hostile, gaslighting, swearing and abusing me and my team, saying he will destroy me and company if I don't pay him more money
he then started blocking on social media, abusing me my team members. Then thretening to stop and delay the project if he doesn't receive his 3rd payment.
After a entire month of trying to get him to complete the second milestone he refused to continue to do any work after collecting $16,500 also refused to have any files backend reviewed. He then proceeded to try to blackmail saying that he will complete the project but only if he's made a partner into the project I also have this documented in email and text
He said he will only hand over the files if he's made a partner and there's some sort of profit sharing arrangement.. of course we showed him proof of funds for his third milestones and refused his partnership offer.
When I told him I will expose him online he started making serious threats that he will send people after me to harm me, assault me if I expose him. That his brothers are Iranian military and they'll destroy me if I expose him. Crazy but true he has ties to some dangeorus gangsters here.
He stole significant amount of intellectual property we provided him, so he can start the work. When we tried to review his progress after paying him 2 milestones, he refused to show any files and demanded more money, when we finally saw the files they were incomplete and not usable, he took our 3d models and just uploaded them.. no UI no back 3nd, the second milestone wasn't even started.
I told him I'm reporting him to the authorities and he threten me with foreign military friends and his gangster friends would attack me if I ever expose him and vome back to Toronto.
This man in a master minipulator and serial predator who will try every tactic to gain your trust from sad stories that his a single dad, he wants to find a woman to marry to help raise his daughter. That he needs help growing his business to support his child. His a predator and a very dangerous criminal, who will then invite you to parties to try to give you drugs and try to record you, it's very scary the psychopath predator he is.
I posted all the details on my social media Instagram and reported him to police. Filing a lawsuite also however the damage his done stealing the money we paid him, delaying the project, stealing our assets and intellectual property we provided won't be paid back
Criminals like him get away with stuff like this all the time in Canada
I can just garnish his wages if I can find a employer that will let me.. it's so sad that we will never be paid back for any of the damages that he's caused us.. I hope this post helps any other people and busineses his targeting

I actually had to leave and go to stay with a friend in Europe after he began to threaten me and blackmail me. When I told him I will expose him online he started making serious threats that he will send people after me to harm me if I expose him.
