It was a failure to provide the services as promised when booking with the company. When I was booking with the CEO (Armen Zen) mentioned to me that considering my disability that he would put me on the same as the commercial properties and it doesn’t matter how much it snows they would be here to shovel and salt the location as described on the contract. Whenever it snowed i always had to text him to see if he was coming and his is response was "I'm on my way but he never would show up with multiple excuses). I would like to note that I am disabled and due to my disability and not being able to walk as I mentioned multiple to him and I needed service done as soon as possible **** ** ***** ******* * ** ****** ** ** **** *** **** **** ** ******** ******** He had promised previously that he would never make excuses again and unfortunately it happened multiple times after that.
