We hired David Houser Painting Plus in Welland, ON to paint our new condo. We met with him in January, 2023 at the condo at which time he requested a deposit, which we gave him. We agreed that he would start painting on March 18th and be completed by March 20 th. David Houser came to the condo on March 17th and said he would be starting on March 18 th at 9 am. David Houser arrived at 3 pm and caulked cracks and left. He promised to return on March 19 th at 9 am. He arrived at 2 pm and placed test paint on the trim and left. He promised to return at 9 am on March 20 th. He arrived at 2 pm and painted the ceiling in the living room and dining room and left. To recap on the day that he supposed to be completed we had a painted ceiling and zero walls painted. David Houser never returned.
