Paul came to the front door offering a deal to fix the stone pathway in front of the house and the patio behind. He gave an exact description of the work to be done, including pulling up all the stone work, adding a membrane, filling with sand, adding quickset concrete at edges. After doing more than half the job we paid $3000. Remaining balance was 500. We demanded to be paid before the work was complete. They did not complete the work, only did the specified work on half of the patio and missed a large portion of the path in the front of the house. Have not applied sealer or silica sand between the cracks as promised. Have not applied sealer and quickset concrete. Have not returned Calls for more than a week. After promising 10 year warranty, and pro promising no payment until we were completely happy, they have disappeared. They attempted several very expensive upsells during the process of the work. We declined. We are forced to finish the sealing and sand ourselves.
