AMS showed up at my service station for fuel and told me they could pave the lot with chip seal. Said it was the same as paving and told me there was a years warrenty on it. It all came apart after 1 winter and the owner told me he would fix it and took off. Name of the guy is Jonathan Holzapfel. He has scammed other people in the community as well.
