I feel it’s finally time to speak up and share my experience with ADM Renovations, who I hired in 2020 to remodel my bathroom. At the time, I was afraid to speak out. I didn’t want to create conflict or face retaliation, so I kept quiet. But after years of dealing with the damage this contractor caused, and spending even more money and time trying to fix it, I realize I need to warn others.
The work was not just sloppy — it was dangerous, dishonest, and damaging to my home.
Here’s what I went through:
Sloppy and incomplete work: He left multiple drill holes unfilled, and walls that were chipped and never patched. The painting job was terrible — uneven coats, brush marks, and drips left everywhere.
Poor finishing: The caulking was done so carelessly that it was already cracking and peeling shortly after. It looked rushed and unprofessional, with no attention to detail.
Damaged materials: He damaged drawers while installing them, scratching surfaces and forcing pieces in incorrectly. The vanity and fixtures were left crooked and unstable.
Unsafe plumbing: The worst part was the unprofessional plumbing work. He created unsafe connections that led to leaking in the ceiling of the unit below mine. I was mortified and had to pay for repairs to both my unit and the one beneath me.
No accountability: When I confronted him, he dodged responsibility, gave excuses, and disappeared. He never returned to fix anything, even though I followed up multiple times.
It took me years to repair the damage he caused — financially, emotionally, and structurally. I’m finally speaking up because no one else should have to go through what I did. This wasn’t just a bad job — it was a scam by someone who should not be in the renovation business at all.
Please do your research and avoid Adam Renovations at all costs. What happened to me can happen to anyone if we don’t hold contractors like this accountable.
