A company called Home Buying Services is trying to buy a home from me that I do not own. They are using an automated system to get contact info for random people. A real RE Broker or Agent would know where to find the real owners contact information. Either my name is attached to a property I don't own or this company is trying to buy and sell properties without the real owners consent. I have another screen shot of the conversation I had but I couldn't upload more than one document.

They know my mother’s name and ask for my name. They also say I’m interested in buying your property. I told them it’s not for sell. How did you heard about it for sell ? From you mom I talk to her. My mom had a stroke and she has Alzheimer’s and dementia. I take care of my mom and I know for fact she didn’t talk to them and the property isn’t posted or listed for sale. They keep calling I’ve told them stop calling I’ve reported it to Do not call list. They keep calling the house landline number. Morning and night and change there numbers. But caller ID always says Dinuba California just number always different.

A lady named "Alex" called me today Jan 9, 2023, she has called before and there have been others. According to the AZCC, there is no Company named "Home Buyers Inc" in Arizona. According to the AZDRE, there is no reality company named "Home Buyers Inc." in Arizona. The phoney "Home Buyers Inc" has used the following phone numbers when they call me: 520-231-7318, 520-564-2893, 480-992-5864, 520-386-3237, 520-552-1098, 623-287-0943, 520-526-6117, 520-566-9879 and 480-771-0065
