Company presented itself as Hoka, selling Hoka brand athletic shoes. I ordered a pair of women's running shoes by credit card. I received an order confirmation right away (Oc 21, 2023) and a shipping notification 2 days later, (Oct 23, 2023) which contained a tracking number for China Post. I followed the tracking information which ended with a supposed delivery to my address. The delivery notation indicated that the delivery was signed for, I never received anything. I contacted my local pos office to determine if they were the local agent that performed the delivery ad they advised that they were not. I attempted to contact the seller via their customer support email ([email protected]). I received no reply.
