We purchased glove dryers from HOCKEY FRESH because it looked like a helpful product and we knew it had a warranty/return policy should there by issues. The machines overheated the first day of use. I have reached out to them countless times to try to replace the equipment. They have NO PHONE NUMBER OR ADDRESS, just a gmail.com account ([email protected]). Even this is through SHOP, HOCKEY FRESH is not what it appears to be. They are giving me the run around on needing more descriptions, pictures, videos, SKU numbers ... all of which I have provided. I've asked for a phone number to resolve the issue, they will not provide one. Our credit card company is now involved - while they provided a product, they sent something that doesn't work and have ghosted us on the warranty/return. I told them we would be reaching out to the BBB, that has not helped resolve the issue.
