I bought this neck lymph node draining massager on Instagram. I never received a receipt. I did receive an email from Maria Consoli with a link to “subscribe” which I would not press because I ordered a product not a subscription.

I emailed them asking for help. I got the same responses immediately saying they can’t find my order. I gave them all my information AND sent a picture of my bank charge from them. I emailed about 10 to 15 times, getting the same response every time.

They charged my credit card $149.00 immediately and never sent a receipt nor shipping receipt. So, I emailed them over 10 times getting a bot reply every time. And now I’m blocked. Maria Consoli is the name used.
