Claims to have delivered my items in a wrong address and now won’t refund my money

They sent my items to wrong address and now won’t refund my money I have been emailing them but they refuse to pay.

BIG SCAM!!

These people are criminals, they steal your money, they keep on telling me my order were send, but it's been almost 2 months, then when you call them, they ignore you. Someone needs to shut this bloody scammers down. I spend over $40 on shoes and a purse, but I should've known they are scammers when I saw the cheap prices.

I purchased some clothes from this website and I never received anything the tracking number is AG768349898CN. I emailed and was told I had to pay more money in order for them to track my package and I was also told that I cannot get but half of my refund back.

Undelivered order

I ordered 2 dresses from the company 3 weeks ago. I paid and they sent me a confirmation email stating that my items will be delivered within 7 to 10 days. I wrote them a follow up email 2 weeks ago but they have not responded to date. Whenever I view my order it indicates 'To be shipped ASAP'

They have a website berrylook.com that advertises dresses and other clothing materials and shows pictures and descriptions that are totally wrong and not match the product that are delivered. When ask for refund they send a China address and ask that the product be sent back at the customer's expenses. This is address they give:
