I purchased a pair of jeans online for $38.27. I received an email stating my order was delivered. I never received it. I sent them an email informing them that I never received my package and they said it was delivered and did not attempt to help me rectify the situation or reimburse me. I have sent many emails about this matter and they have chosen to ignore me.
