He’s done this to lots and lots of people. He was even arrested last year for it.

Mark W. Hill dba Straw Hat Fence Company or Mark Hill Fence Company is the Bernie Madoff of fence building. He cons you by signing a very detailed contract, takes 50% up front and even starts the work but won't show up for weeks at a time and than eventually not at all. He has no qualms about stealing from you and lying to your face before ghosting you. Stay away and spread the word about this dishonest individual.
