Hilaine Bras, an online-only business, seems to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. Their bras are of poor quality, lacking in fit and support. The return policy is deceptive. While the website claims refunds are available, customers must email their refund requests. Subsequently, they receive an email informing them that they can exchange for a different size, but the exchange is never processed. Later, they offer a 20% refund, approximately $10, as a consolation. This is their strategy to make money.

I ordered some bras on 5/14/26. I paid via Shop app with credit card. Two weeks later, I had not received the items. I emailed customer service. They said package was delayed in transit. Shipping notification shows package is in China. After two emails requesting a refund, they refuse to refund my money. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Hilaine, (Melina, founder) a Chinese company, advertised very sturdy bras for shaping and strong support. I was so impressed that I purchased two. The bras that I paid for and received were NOTHING like what was advertised. No shaping. No support whatsoever.

This company does very effective ads on Facebook using real people. The bra comes from China taking weeks. Says 30 day guarantee. The product is a knock off of another Bra it is very poor quality and size is way off. Very little customer service with after several attempts you will get a no refund maybe 20 percent off to reorder. It is you post bad reviews they are taken down. After looking at reviews not posted on company site many many complaints. The entire company feels like a scam
