Won several items on Hibid auction. Sent invoice, paid, received email that said they would ship, and send tracking. Never did received. Tried a number of ways to contact. Filed complaint with Hibid, and disputed CC.

An auction site. I paid for an ammunition that they say now cant be shipped to my state. There are no ammunition restrictions for my state. I asked that they refund my purchase and now they refuse to answer email or phones. They also state that if i try to dispute the transaction they will charge $200 and a 25% relisting fee.

Additionally, they have reserves on items but do not mark them as such. If you have a winning bid that doesn't meet their hidden reserve they simply ignore you.
