Money was loaned to me to participate in an online investment opportunity at a later date. Other events occurred that changed my mind to opt out of the investment opportunity. I withdrew the loaned money back to the lender's crypto address. The crypto address was copied and pasted to the HF site for withdrawal. Withdrawal was initiated however upon review of the withdrawal report displaying the crypto address the first digit had been changed from a '0' to a '1' which would fail the withdrawal. No notice has ever been provided by the site that a failed withdrawal would freeze the account and incur a fee to unfreeze. When I executed the withdrawal again I received the attached notice requiring a $20,000 payment to unfreeze the account. This is a scam to secure money from me in addition to the $40,000 that was offered to me to participate in the investing opportunity.
