Sent them a email stating I had not received my order and wanted to know where it was.

They said shipping times will vary and offered me 20% discount for compensation.

It has now been 11 days more since I had reached out to them. Sent another email still asking for shipping company so I could call them myself. Would never say shipping companies name ( guess they had to keep it a secret since it doesn’t exists haha). I then got another email from them stating “What we want to clarify is that we are a responsible company” “at anytime our customer service team insisted on providing online service to customers. I then told them I just wanted my money back I was tired of waiting and since I paid $2 extra for shipping insurance. They then said my order should arrive in 1

7-15 days and if I’d like they would like to offer me a 40% discount for all my troubles. That was on 02/16/2025. Hummmm I wonder where my package is?

Ordered some hey dude shoes and they gave me a Chinese tracking number then it said after several weeks that it was delivered I tried to contact them no contact except by email which they keep reassuring that they are not scammers and they will replace my order

Heavily discounted shoe website with Hey Dudes

Placed an order for merchandise through TikTok shop, bank account was charged, but product was not received. Phone number is not valid so I can’t contact the merchant directly.

Could only communicate through email. For delivery confirmation but it was delivered to California and I live in Nebraska. Email response was they would look into it. Then after several emails they said they would resend the items. That was all started in July. I asked for a refund and have never received any refund or items.

A special one day offer on Hey Dude shoes was advertised on Facebook. Given that the site used a current Hey Dude logo and the website appeared to look exactly like the Hey Dude site that I used in the past, I thought it was legitimate. I ordered 6 pairs of shoes and used my bank debit card to pay. After placing the order, I received an email that appeared legitimate along with an email address to contact with any questions. This order was placed in June 2023. I received a tracking notice a month or so later. Seeing that the products where being shipped from China let me know that this was basically a scam. I kept checking the tracking notice when in August I noticed my shoes where delivered to a city in Texas (I am located in Pennsylvania) stating that the package was "left with an individual". So, I contacted the email address ([email protected]). I have now sent 5 emails to the address and each time I am given the run-around. First told they would look into it, then I should contact my post office, then they would contact the logistics company, then they would re-ship. It is now November and still no product. I've sent messages to the email stating I want a refund, but they won't refund my money. Every time I try accessing their "store", it states "Sorry, the shop you are looking is closed right now, please try again later". The "store" never seems to be open...https://zoujian111.myshopline.com/. If I realized the products where coming from China, I would NEVER have ordered, but shame on me.....when something is too good to be true, it is!!! Don't fall for great deals on popular products!

They were running a sale on them you were aloud to buy 4 pairs! I ordered them back at the beginning of June now when I try to track my order it says closed, I’ve tried to email them they won’t return any of my emails

It was on july 5th claiming hey dudes shoes, it was onsaleatation.com but address is not found

I saw a Facebook ad for hey dude shoes with a special for the holiday. I went thru Facebook to the store where I purchased it of what their store looked like. There wasn’t anything abnormal about the website. It was only weird when I got the confirmation email. It has tracking so I wasn’t worried. Then the tracking said it got delivered in California which I know that was not the address I put obviously.

Saw an advertisement for a sale on Facebook. Followed the link to Heydudestores.com. Purchased items. Did receive order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email. The tracking number provided shows the package being delivered to a completely different state. Tried contacting customer service at the email provided in the confirmation [email protected]. Have not received a response. My debit card was charged $35.98 for the purchase as well as the bank charged an international service fee of $0.36. I continue to receive email ads for HeyDude shoes from this site.

If you go to "order details" or "visit store" it takes you to pop-upshops.top briefly then get error : this site cannot be reached. If you click Order tracking RG017436955CN it takes you to https://www.track718.us/en/detail?nums=RG017436599CN. Then it says that this page is unresponsive close or reload.

Provided email with shipping information though Track-it and SHOP app several notifications that purchase was coming from China to LA and was being delivered to some address is Encinitas, CA when I live in PA. Did not respond to my email as neither did track-it when I tried to put out wrong delivery address.

I googled a store I wanted to purchase shoes from. Made the purchase but it turned out to be a duplicate website created by a scammer. Luckily I watched it closely and caught it before they could attempt to withdrawal more money from my account.

Bought two pair of Hey Dude shoes. Never came

My mom received a link for heydudes that were 20 dollars a pair she bought 2 for me and 2 for she is a older lady so she isn’t to familiar with scams but after reviewing a bit I realized that it was a scam site

- Marysville, WA, USA

It was an ad on Facebook for the brand name Hey Dude Shoes, created an account with my name, address, credit card info & for $20 only today promo, click on the link, ordered 2 shoes in the total of $31.98 with free shipping , withdrawn from my account, contacted my bank to report it!

- Coraopolis, PA, USA

It was an ad on Facebook showing a sale at hey dude for 20 dollars a pair. When I went to the ad it looked exactly like hey dude, no one would ever know. I purchased three pair and put my payment through as I would on any online order. When I got the confirmation email, that’s when I knew something wasn’t right. It said at the bottom, if you have any questions or concerns contact [email protected]. Now why would a company have that email address? It also had no tracking info or anything. I contacted the email and said I wanted to cancel my order and I got on email back that said if the item was already shipped they can’t cancel it. I said it hasn’t shipped and I want my order cancelled immediately. I now am getting no response.
