Heuiji Lee or also known as Heeji Lee, is a certified scammer. Her DRE# 02158103. I went on an apartment tour with her and was going to use her to represent me as a buyer. She asked for an upfront fee of $5000 to acquire her services. As a first time buyer I had no idea that what she was doing was illegal so I obliged. Soon after finding out my grand mistake, I confronted her and asked for the money back via email and phone calls. No answer once she received the money. No one in her office wanted to help me as well and asked me to directly call the police. Whether I recover my money or not, I would like to use this lesson as a PSA for any future clients who wish to use her as a real estate agent. Avoid at all costs! Through her office I even found out that she is working under a fake visa and is employed under illegal identities. Heuiji Lee/ Heeji Lee is a scammer and should not be employed or representing Compass Real Estate.

Avoid anything involving HEEJI LEE LLC, File Number is 202109110899. or HJL REAL ESTATE ADVISORS LLC, File Number is 202205611237. Her instagram is The_Bay_By_Heeji. Run your own due diligence and you will see her online presence is hidden for a reason.
