Ordered what we're supposed to be men's polo shirts from an American company. Received over a month later, counterfeit garbage shirts from some company called Juhian (in China, ofc). Attempted to get my money back through PayPal but they required shipping the scam shirts back to the manufacturer. The total for shipping was more than $80 so I just lost my money.

I purchased Automotive Electrical Disconnect Pliers. Advertised as 5 piece. They only sent the smallest tool in the kit. No pliers and no apologies or we'll make it right. Just too bad.

Screen shot of what I paid for attached as advertised and I only received the 2nd tool in line.

Hervns had a sale-a 3pack of shorts for $25.99

I ordered one 3pack in black and one 3pack in gray. They sent me one of each color of what clearly was not the same shorts (very cheap material)

When I emailed them about it and I've emailed numerous different times, I get the same copy and pasted "your package contains 2 items." And that's all it says. Not even a company name, persons name, no greeting or signature. Just "your package contains 2 items." Even when I asked for the refund policy. Ridiculous.

Ordered 3 men's Polo shirts supposedly from Hervns-a US company. The ad was on Pinterest for well fitting/well made mens shirts. Recieved 3 garbage, asian sized mens shirts from a fake Chinese company.

Thought was ordering an item from a veteran to help him out. My Apple Credit card was charged on 5-12-26. Received email saying order was processed and shipping then got notice it was delivered which it was not. Order on Apple Credit card says AWX*hervns 411 Quebec St Denver 80220 CO USA for 25.98.

I ordered a shirt from this company and it was not delivered. They sent the incorrect size and attempted to charge me double to return it and not exchange the shirt.

This company is disguised as an American company selling clothes, yet by me contacting the BBB, I learned they are showing an address in the UK but based in China.

After ordering 3 men’s LARGE shirts, after 3 weeks I received 3 very SMALL shirts.

I contacted them via email [email protected] for replacement and they did respond by wanting more money to replace the shirts saying it was for shipping costs.

I told them I was not sending them any more money and they have not responded since.

The company marketed and showed a picture of the item on social media. It arrived 2 months later, after the window of time for me to dispute it with my credit card company. Once it arrived, things were misspelled, the quality was poor, and the item was missing some of its key components. I have reached out to them multiple times. They only want to refund me a small percentage. The item is completely worthless. I wasted almost $50 and they will not refund my money. DO NOT buy anything from this company. It is a complete scam!!
