On 12.19.22, placed order #14178S36565 for two pair ankle boots with Hera-Gorgeous.com order total $56.08. I checked my credit card and was actually charged 70.10 so I contact Hera-Gorgeous and they credited me $14.02 due to their mistake. then the run around began. Kept getting emails from [email protected] stating it was going through customs through Italy, internation commerce, then that it was Indianapolis. I contacted them via email to push for status and tracking and they said their carrier was not responding to status. tracking under 716119934121-35439. Been following up and received several emails but not got any delivery of boots.
