Ordered 2 tubes of Her+ balm to try. Do not hate or love it but was emailed that I was charged another installment for my next order being shipped which I DID NOT sign up for. They will not refund my money and it took 4 emails to FINALLY get out of some auto shipment when I asked each time to CANCEL any "subscription" that I never wanted or knew I was signing up for by placing my first order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I saw an ad on Instagram from HER+. It was for Anti-hair Growth Oil. I purchased the oil on 5/15/26 & I still haven’t received it and it’s 6/28/26. I was also automatically signed up for a subscription that I didn’t agree, nor sign up for. I sent messages that I didn’t get replies to and I couldn’t cancel the subscription. I eventually had to just remove my payment information to not be charged for the upcoming shipment. However, I did receive a weird tracking number from some company that led to nowhere & me still not getting my order. I later sent a message requesting a refund, & eventually a reply came asking me to verify my address so they could resend the order. I have no confidence that I will ever receive it or my money. I’ll update with any new information that I receive.

Her+ is a scam and sells itself like the calcium stick that has gone viral - Dr. Melaxin, this is not Dr. Melaxin. When you order the product you are also signing up for a automatic subscription and your debit card or credit card will be automatically charged each month without the company telling you that this is what you are signing up for. Beware this is a scam and you must then catch it before your account is charged or you will be charged and sent a product every month without even signing up for this service. They tell you none of this and you just think you are buying a product once when you are not.
