7/10/2023 I ordered a tool kit from Helthyu (helthyu.com); received order acknowledgement email with shipping date 10-15 days. Within minutes of authorizing the credit card charge I emailed the "about us" email address ([email protected]) from the website to cancel the order. I have received no product nor response to my email. Order acknowledgement email attached.
