In the ad they present e bikes up for sale and cheap due to over stocked. They promise no shipping.

Once you order they have an excuse for everything and when you ask for a phone number they tell you they don't have one. Today they told me that one of the bikes I ordered was delivered but it wasn't and they blame the delivery driver. Its been over a month since this started.

It was an ad on TikTok for an ice maker. The funds were debited from my acct were 39.99 and taxes made the charge around $42.00. Then a week later another charge was debited for 69.99. I tried to file a complaint/claim with Chime but was denied because I didn't reach out to the fraudulent company, there isn't a phone number just a link to click on on the said company's website, which I was NOT going to click on. So basically now I'm just getting fake shipment updates, it's been over a month and still nothing. I received another shipment email today saying it was going to "attempt" another delivery. The company is a FRAUD, and there are numerous posts on TikTok with this company. I tried to reach out to TikTok but they had "no findings". So basically I'm out $115.00 dollars.

I ordered couches on the tiktok site it said it was a sale and i purchased in june and still have not received anything, it keeps sending me bogus emails, and a purchase popped up twice of a clothing place i dont know of and they still wont give my money back.

Purchased a mega tablet through TikTok/Hooma ordered it on June 16, 2026 for 39.99 and never received it. They use email with ridiculous excuses. This company needs to be stop. I have email TikTok and Hooma but never responded.

The scammer was advertising a portable TV / Tablet with a stand for $29.99 and a stand and a boneless couch for $9.99. I submitted my order and payment. On 04/13/2026 order #K88YXC4 and have been receiving emails stating my order was on the way, or my order was misrouted, or my order was on a delivery truck that broke down, and finally received the last email on 06/01/26 stating my order was delivered. That was false.

I made a purchase through TikTok using my PayPal account like I've done before for other purchases. I've been waiting since Apr 6 for my order. I've reached out to the company to get updates on the order and every time they respond it's a huge run-around. I've been told my package was being processed, and when they said it was delivered, they claimed I wasn't home to get the package, then they said it would be redelivered but then it was a mix-up with the delivery company and they had to change the locations. Now, it's saying it's a back-log. I've reached out to the company several more times and they're still not giving me an update. I'm not getting my package or any assistance on how to get in touch with the delivery company.

Ordered 2 10x20 carports from TikTok and never arrived, tracking doesn't work always a breakdown or always a no one was home sent a lot of emails with no response saved all emails and if anyone decides to sue let me know I'll be glad to help.
