I had ordered 2 tunic style dresses in different colors from Helloomni on the Pinterest website and never received my order. The company said it had been delivered. I put in a claim with their online chat since I never received the dresses. They quickly sent back a message saying I didn’t qualify for a claim even though their site says losses included. There isn’t any tracking info either. I tried to track it. I told them if I didn’t receive them in the next few days that I would report them to the BBB. Haven’t heard any response from them that’s why I think it’s a scam.
