This Iaw group should be avoided Iike the plague

I unfortunately had heitmanis since September of 2021 and none of my experiences with this ghetto Iaw group from heII have been good ones. I have been put in a group home i don't belong in, been Iied to, had thousands of dollars and thousands of dollars worth of my personaI things stolen from me, and I'm being neglected since I don't get any communication from my guardian. First my guardian named Angela Mancuso that works with the heitmanis Iaw group came to my house with the police without bothering to notify me telling me she was coming. Even though there was nothing wrong with me She has me strapped on a stretcher and taken to McLaren hospital in the back of an ambulance to get a check up. She said that she would be back in a few hours to pick me up but what actually happens instead is that a person who owns and runs a group home comes to pick me up to take me to a group home. I was told that my stuff taken and put in storage. I had slightly over 6 thousand dollars in cash which I don't know what happened to since she never did give me an answer when I asked where that money went. She closed down my old bank account and opened up a new one which I don't know where it is because she didn't share that information with me either. I had a smaII portion of my stuff brought to the group home at random by 2 men and when I talked to my guardian about having other things brought I could use she said she would have the guys who brought my stuff contact me. It was over 2 weeks without hearing a thing and when I contacted her again she said that they were too busy. I have been Iied to on other occasions by my guardian and after a few months she stopped communicating with me entirely. Then suddenly out of nowhere I get maiI from the heitmanis Iaw group saying that i have a court hearing coming up in February 2022 because George heitmanis wants to have my stuff in storage removed from storage only after 4 short months of having it in there saying i did not have the money to keep it in there. I thought that this was strange since i had thousands of dollars and there is no way the rent on that storage unit could have drained that much money in only 4 months. I attend the hearing through zoom but I am never asked to speak at anytime during the entire hearing and the court rules in favor of George having my stuff removed. Before the hearing I asked my attorney for some of my most important stuff in storage and he said he would give the message to George heitmanis. George said at the hearing that I would get that stuff i asked for in storage if it existed there. The odd thing is that if my stuff was put in storage as I was told then, why wouldn't it exist in there? I never did get any of the items I requested. It seems that either my stuff was never really put in storage to begin with or somebody has been taking my things out of storage even before the hearing. I have been taking care of myself for years and I was incorrectly reported as mentally disabled. I don't take medications for anything, i have never been in a mentaI hospital before, and I do not have any behaviors of being mentally disabled and the people at this Iaw group knows it. I'm starting to suspect the Macomb County probate might be in cohoots with heitmanis exactly as other reviewers have said since i keep filing petitions for guardian termination and not getting anything back about having a hearing, plus the fact that pretty much everybody that was appointed to me by this same court psychologists, guardians , and attorneys have been of very poor quality.

George J. A. Heitmanis is my guardian. It took him over a year to gain control of my assets in June 2020. However, he used my Social Security number and took out a second loan on my house using my information. He then defaulted on the loan, waited until he had my Stimulus checks and used those to pay said loan. He didn't realize that if I applied for a credit card, this information would become available to me. I could not have taken out this loan as he had me unlawfully detained in St. Joseph's Manor for the Aged between November 2019 and July 2020. I have never seen any Stimulus money. I filed a complaint against him for unlawfully detaining me for over two years of my life. He was going to terminate guardianship (since I have nothing left to take), but admitted in court that he was withdrawing his termination because I filed a complaint. He went on to say I need to be locked up for smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol, both of which are legal in the state of Michigan. Once again he, and Judge Sandra Harrison, have me in a nursing home where I don't belong. They know it and so does the nursing home (sixth home I've been in, not consecutively. If I needed to be in a home I would be there permanently, as opposed to being thrown out because I am both physically and psychologically capable of taking care of myself). He is also paying himself out of my account, although the state of Michigan pays him to be my guardian. I have the check register and bank statements from his office; most of the checks written are either unexplainable or written for guardianship fees to people who work at his office. Eventually I will find an attorney who realizes what this, and other, guardians do to their wards. The loan he took out with my Social Security number is out of the realm of what a guardian can do. Before he became my guardian my credit score was 680 and rising. Now because of Mr. Heitmanis, my score is 503. Not only did he take out that loan using my information, when he had my house he did not shut off the utilities. Instead he let them go until they were shut off for non-payment. Another reason my credit is shot. Before Heitmanis all of my bills, mortgage and utilities, were deducted from my bank account on time. Not until he drained my bank account on September 7, 2018 were any of my bills delinquent. His attempt to put my home in forclosure failed when I rerouted my checks to a friends account and caught up my house payment. On his next attempt to gain control of my assets, he sent the petition to an address he knew I was not at. When I informed the court, Judge Harrison refused to adjourn the hearing. I lost by default because of her unfair decision. I'm not the only person George Heitmanis and Judge Harrison have done this to. I've met many of his wards, locked up in facilities where they don't belong, while she grants him his every whim. If the government won't do anything about this (and they haven't so far), the day will come when these thieves will have to answer for their actions to a higher authority.
