Fraudulent charge to my credit card

On 8/9/22 HEIJINGLLC.NET STOLE FUNDS FROM MY VISA VANILLA GIFT CARD AFTER I HAD USED IT TO MAKE A LEGITIMATE ON LINE PURCHASE. I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CALL THEM AND EACH TIME THE CALL WAS TERMINATED ON THEIR END. I HAVE SENT E-MAILS CONCERNING THIS ISSUE TO THE E-MAIL ADDRESS LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE. BEWARE OF THIS ON LINE SCAM COMPANY!

I received a text message that looked like it was from the united states post office stating "PoSt-Your package is stuck in the distribution center for 24 hours due to address problems, please update the correct address in time. ***********************. I clicked on the link and it took me to what looked exactly like the USPS Tracking website. On that page I found a tracking number that looked real: ***************. I later found out it was a fake tracking number. The website has an error message on it that read "We have issues with your shipping address" and a place to verify address. I entered my email address, street address, phone number, full name and on the next page my credit card number. The website showed it would cost $1.1 to reroute my package but the charge on my credit card was $37.80.
