"Harvest King Equipment" is advertising large Equipment for sale on Facebook Marketplace. They will refer you to their website (created Feb 2025) and communicate w you via FB messenger and calls to sign a purchase agreementand wire funds for purchasing equipment...do not take credit cards or checks. They claim to be registered w ScamPulse.com and Secretary of State, neither are true. The address is a residential home and are hoping to fake you out bc there is a legitimate equipment business right across the street. I called and comfirmed w AR ScamPulse.com that this is indeed a scam. This company will no longer answer our calls.

My father was attempting to buy a skid steer from Facebook Marketplace. The guy sent a link to my father to transfer money when I found out, and was able to prevent my father from the transaction. The man wanted him to send the money and the skid steer would be delivered within days. I found a website that doesn't seem legit along with the address. I can not verify this company using google maps by name. I was able to Google maps the address listed and it show it to be an empty lot next to a business called coast 2 coast. I am not able to 100% verify if this is a scam or not but it seems so.

We inquired about a 2003 Case Mini Ex listed on marketplace. The owner of the company is named ***** ******* He was prompt to respond & got a quote for delivering it to us. The form of payment accepted was a wire transfer, there were no other options given. I felt funny about it. I left a message on the phone # listed, there was never an answer, someone called me back the next day but didn’t leave a message so I called back & someone picked up but when I asked for Mr ****** they hung up. I then called the business whose address matched up with the yard address of ***** ***** ***** ******* ******** & explained why I was calling. It just so happened that someone else had called the day before & asked the same type of question. The man I spoke with said it was a scam & they had reported it to the sheriff’s office for investigation.

There is also an address of ***** ****** ***** *** ** ****** ** associated with the business.

Don’t fall for this website!!!!

Failure /deliver S770 Bobcat Steer/Refund Payment Complaint Description: I found Goodwaywheel Zone on Facebook when shopping for a Bobcat steer. My first contact was on their website. Two other phone conversations follow. They sent a contract and purchase agreement to buy their S770 Bobcat. I was told to wire the payment to J.P. Morgan Chase bank. I promptly had my bank wire the money to them and received their receipt and delivery date(January 24, 2024). I was informed by e-mail the bobcat was strapped to a trailer and on its way. I was happy to own the Bobcat. They did not deliver or provide a tracking number for a delivery date. I contacted them and was told the machine was strapped on a trailer and would be delivered on January 29th. The delivery did not arrive on January 29th. I called them again. They first suggested another delivery date, but would not guarantee delivery on that date. I was told I could cancel if I wanted to and my money would be refunded in 48 hours. My money was not refunded. I called again and was told my money would be refunded in 24 hours. My money was not returned to my bank, Now they are not answering my calls or e-mails. The Bobcat is now up for sale again on their website. This is not only a scam but a robbery as they sent me a purchase receipt that I now owned the Bobcat. They never returned my money to legally have ownership. My bank made two attempts and requested their bank to return the money. They did not respond. Now they will not answer my phone calls or e-mails.
