Ordered a set of hearing aids. Gave me a DHL tracking number which indicated they were delivered to my mailbox on 1/21/2025. Nothing was in my mailbox, despite the tracking number provided. Reported this to Oricle, and was told they should still show up. Nothing showed up.

In February 2024, I purchased Widex Hearing Aids thru Hear Quest Hearing Center, Venice FL and owner/manager, **** ****, charged me (and my spouse) for 3 years of service on the product (hearing aids) and service on the hearing aids. Having problems with the equipment and tried to contact the business in November 2024 (9 months after purchased) and was unable to get in touch with the owner by email or telephone. In December 2024, I drove to the business and discovered it was gone "out of business" and the building was occupied by another business. The new tenant informed me the previous tenant (Quest Hearing Aids) was evicted for nonpayment of rent. No forwarding address, telephone, email information for the business was available.

I saw an online advertisement for hearing aids that were supposed to be excellent but when they were received they did not fit well and did not improve my hearing. When I tried to return them there was no answer at the telephone number provided and no way to contact them via a website. I noticed on the shipping label it said they were sent from Tampa Bay, California and there is no such place. There is an address at Tampa Bay Florida but not for this company. Total Scam!
