The product is intended for my dogs but is not working, so I tried to cancel my subscription thru emails. I sent them 3 emails but no confirmation receipt from them.

Please help I do not want to have an automatic shipment for next month. The product is not working as advertised.

Product supposedly prevents itching. Company continues to send me product and charge me despite being told to stop.
