An Add on the television gave a number to call, if you are over the age of 65 and have parts A & B Medicare, you may qualify for additional money to help with groceries (up to $400). Called the number and they ask you your age and if you have Medicare parts A&B, then they transfer you to agent that can help you. Talk to the agent from Healthy Service they ask all kinds of health questions, they ask you to say yes, so they can check to see what you qualify for and then they ask you your Medicare ID number and then they tell you that you are signed up for Healthy Service. (What is not what we were wanting), but when you want to cancel, no one knows what you are talking about and they don’t know any number to call and cancel. HELP!!! I was just trying to help my mom get extra benefits and now I feel like I might have compromised my mom’s Medicare card.
