i am unable to contact healthy petz or the shipping company which is sunyou, 415 s 7th avenue, city of industry, ca 91746. i have no way to cancel and they continue to send more healthy petz premium liquid collagen for dogs to me. i think this is a scam

I visited the Healthy Petz website and ordered 1 bottle, I didn't realize (like many others) that they had enrolled me in a monthly subscription. I decided to order 3 more bottles to give my dog an adequate trial. Then I started receiving unsolicited shipments. I recently gave away 3 bottles (that I paid for) as my dog was not using this much. On 6/22/26, I visited the website to skip my next shipment but then received 3 more bottles on 6/26/26.

I cannot contact the company, my emails won't go through and there is NO phone number to contact them.

In addition, there is no address to send these products back, each shipment arrives with a different return address.

Same as review I read online but for two issues: 1) I lost more money. 2) Healthy Petz attempted to hook me into recurring shipments. Per directions from my credit card carrier, upon receipt of my second shipment, I will not open the package, I will write "REFUSED, RETURN TO SENDER" and take a picture of the package before giving it back to USPS and then I will contact my credit card company and they will assist me in filing a claim for removal of the charge. (I asked for help since I am 80 years old). I am counting the first charge of $62.98 as lost.

I placed a, one time, order online and was sent two orders and charged two times. I did not place second order.

Placed an order for a well reviewed collagen product for pets. Product was marked as delivered but never received. Business has only email listed for support. Emails were sent on June 4 and again on June 10 2026 with no reply. I found out that a second charge was made by Healthy Petz for a subscription I never agreed to.
