I bought something called African banana extract supposedly targeting weight loss in African American women. I contacted the company for a refund once I received the product and saw no information in the shipment about the product, how to take it and the website appeared to be just a few words with no description of the product or testimonials. I requested a refund and was offered partial payment back to keep the product. I am going to reach out to the bank for a refund because I feel that this company is a scam based on the other person having this same issue an entire year ago and never getting a refund.
