Health Equity, or someone pretending to be a company called Health Equity, sent me an unsolicited VISA debit card in the U.S. mail. I had never heard of this company and have definitely not had any contact with this company in the past. I don't know if the VISA debit card is real or not.

I looked up this company on the web; "healthequity.com" it does exist and has a customer service line. However, they ask for DOB and zip code in order to "find your account."
