I received a denied claim from Champ Va, meaning it had already gone thru Medicare & my Plan F insurance companies. It should have been flagged! It was billed on 8/14/25, 9/12/25, 10/14/25, 11/14/25 and 12/12/25. I called Medicare immediately to report the fraud, then they flagged it. Medicare said it was for 1,500 catheters, 299 a month! I do not use now or haven’t before used any catheters. Medicare must have paid because if they don’t the claims go no further. Medicare mentioned a group of Doctors out of Youngstown, Ohio who I’ve never heard of. Looks like Medicare paid $7,115.00 out for these scammers. Apparently Flexcare Medical Solutions (whoever they are) had a leak and now many are going to have this happening to them too!

I was informed in the past that Dublin Helping Hands Inc ("DHH") charged my health insurance company with wound dressing kits. I complained several months ago to my insurance company reporting a scam by DHH while, apparently, DHH was using my personal and insurance information. Only recently my insurance company sent me a letter dated 9/1/25 which stated that they "cannot cover health care services or items by Dublin Helping Hand Inc as of 01/01/224 because they have been placed on Medicare "Exclusion List" by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)." I would suggest that any insurance company still being billed by DHH after 01/01/2024 shall be reminded about the CMS Exclusion List. Current DHH standing in CA Dept of State remains "Good" which only proves that the federal consumer protection is non-existent.

I noticed on that $98.72 was taken out of bank account.  It was from Reach Lifestyle Programs that I didn't approve of this.   I never agreed to this.  They had taken out money twice in May and in June.  My bank put the money back in my bank account.

I continue to receive calls from the suppose to Medicare regarding a flex card.  I have blocked their number and they call from another number.  I do not want a flex card and I have told them this multiply times.

I received a letter from my insurance provider requesting further information about medical services that may have been the result of an accident or injury. Since I have had no accidents or injuries, I was curious. I looked at my claims and was surprised to find a claim for $27,349 for knee braces, full body back brace, wrist-hand brace, etc. Insurance company said they are aware of issues with this “company” and will be taking further action.

I mean, the name of company alone pretty much screams scam!

This company posed as a health insurance company that also provided Dental and vision insurance. I paid over 500.00 on first initial setup and 367.00 per month afterwards.

The Scammer(Sunny and Recovery S&R) Billed BCBS twice. Once for $16,900 and once for $15,660. The S&R never billed my primary insurance. BCBS Replied to the S&R that they were reviewing the Claim. I have not heard anything further.

Person called thinking it was a true call, and i gave out too much info for my medicare account. I called medicare and they told me it was a scam. I notified medicare, doctor, and tufts. Since then i which has been about three weeks that i have been getting calls daily. Each time they call, it is a different number, other than a 617 area code. I have about 30 calls that i have mark down, all different except for one number that has was the same. I have kept date,number, and time called. Please let me know if you can help me with this problem. They keep calling several times a day.

They call and request Medicaid number and your address, they can help with benefits, groceries, and they can give you money towards house payment. They say you qualify for it.

It's a website that passes itself off as a legitimate USDA government website. They use money and SEO to ensure they are number one on web searches about USDA loans.

They offer nothing other than trash information. The goal of the site is to steal information.

It's quite clear and you won't do anything about it. But they'll seem my info to anyone everyone. And now I'll get robo calls and mass emails from the real scam/con artists looking to take money.

Maybe y'all could at least shut down their fake *** website.

I should just start breaking all the grey laws like everybody else. Nobody ever gets punished for it

I get calls all day. Long from scam calls they dont say not sometimes they are robots calls AGAIN ALL DAY LONG THEY HANG UP AN CALLS RIGHT BACK FROM DIFFERENT numbers i cannot stand it even on the weekends an they call an call an call all day long what to do i have reported it i have blocked it my number has been exposed and sale that's crazy an somebody needs to help us get our piece back cause this is stupid AND RIDICULOUS PLEASE THANKS YOU HAVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS PLEASE NOTIFIED ME PLEASE
