Dialed the number because I am a caregiver for my parent. I need insurance and everyone suggests the state resource line. When I called the robo asks if "anyone in the household is 60 or older?' I responded no. Immediately, was transferred to "Jessica". She was live and then before I could say why I was calling I was trapped in a "you get a free medical device for calling....." I began to talk to stop the sales call and it was unstoppable and suddenly robotic. I started to yell stop so that I could get a human again but it went on until the end. Finally, the woman said something about it being a promo and she was going to transfer me to get me that free device. I hung-up! I called back and it started all over again. I went back to the google result to see if I had overlooked a scam and it looks legit. This cannot be right.

When I attended the call, the person who is a male said "I'm calling from Helpline" I asked "How did you get my number?" He replied "How did I get your number?!" I said "Yes" He repeated the same question again and cut the call abruptly.

a call was made to my mother 89 w dementia stating they were calling from medicare and her dr ordered a back brace for her (she has no back issues what so ever) she gave her ins info and low an behold 8 days later a box that she signed for from ups came w back brace and 2 knee braces in it -my sister called the company to have them sent back they said they would mail a return label
